Choosing your referee :
- For the Au Pair's security we need to speak to a previous domestic employee. As a last resort,
  please ask a neighbour/colleague.
- They must have visited your house & met your children.

Choice of Au Pair :
- The agency's role is to carry out security checks and introduce the Au Pair to the family.
- Whilst the agency will take all reasonable care to ensure the suitability of the candidate,
  it cannot guarantee compatibility or be responsible for the Au Pair's future behaviour.

The family has the final decision - so please make sure you're 100% satisfied prior to offering a position.
