Thorough screening of your Au Pair & references are verbally checked

- Every Au Pair is interviewed by a member of our team. We discuss each application before deciding to accept them.
- We personally check each of their references and use their feedback to get to know our candidates better.
- We fully brief all our candidates on what to expect and make sure they have asked all the right questions before accepting a position.
- We only put forward candidates that we feel really suit the family, we try to match background, hobbies and lifestyle.
