The Pebbles Team, based in both the UK and France is always happy to help and support our Host Families and Au Pairs.
Founder and Manager
Zoe founded Pebbles in 2002. Having worked with children in America and as an Au Pair in Spain she is familiar with the difficulties of working abroad, so Zoe decided to create her own agency to help young people have amazing experiences.
Now as a mother Zoe has welcomed Au Pairs into her home to look after her own children. This experience as both an Au Pair and host family means Zoe fully understands the needs and expectations of both sides as well as how to ensure a successful placement.
Placement Coordinator and Advisor.
Linda looks after host families throughout the placement process and ensures all their requirements are met. She liaises with host families and Anna during the matching process. When Linda’s not busy taking care of the host families she goes for weekends away in her caravan, reads and plays with her puppy!
Admin and accounts manager
Ruth manages the administrative aspect of Pebbles and ensures everything runs smoothly. On weekends you’ll find her spending time with her two children, doing zumba and watching football!.
Recruitment and mediation consultant
Tamara is the Pebbles recruitment and mediation consultant. She is bilingual and interviews the au pair candidates to ensure they understand the au pair role and can meet the Pebbles standards.
Tamara is highly qualified for this as she has experience as an Au Pair in 3 countries!
Anna is the newest member of the Pebbles team. She works as the Placement Coordinator at the Pebbles office in Nice. This is part of her year abroad for her French and Politics degree that she studies at the University of Bath. Anna takes care of the Au Pairs and works with Linda during the matching process, a role she is well prepared for having been an Au Pair herself in 2016.
When she’s not in the office working hard, you’ll find Anna at the beach or exploring the Cote d’Azur!
