We are specialised in French Au Pairs. We have a unique selection process – we are the only UK agency to recruit our own Au Pairs directly. We know our Au Pairs well and we are in a position to advise you on their suitability for your family.
Our candidates are put through a strict selection process. Very few applicants end up being accepted for the Au Pair program by the I.A.P.A. approved Pebbles office in France.

We work closely with partner Au Pair agencies in other countries to provide you with a choice of excellent Au Pairs of various nationalities.
5. A well-designed placement procedure
You will be sent a selection of Au Pairs that are based on your specific requirements. We will organise the interviews for you at convenient times. You will also be sent our “Au Pair interview guidelines” to help you prepare for the interview as well as evaluate the Au Pairs.
6. Our after service care: we look after you and your Au Pair
We are not here just to find you an Au Pair. You will almost certainly have questions that come up once your Au Pair arrives even if it is not your first Au Pair. We are here to answer your questions through our experience in supporting and advising you (if and/or when needed).
If you find you have an irreconcilable issue with your Au Pair, we are here to manage the end of the placement and find a replacement Au Pair. We will support you and your Au Pair during this period.
Our multilingual team will check up on your Au Pair once they have arrived. We will help them with any potential difficulties settling in and reply to any questions (in their language)
We will provide your Au Pair with all the resources they need to make friends (the key for them to settle in). This includes secured access to our Au Pair application allowing them to locate other local Au Pairs in real time, they’ll also be included in the Au Pair Friends website and of course our private Facebook group.
Your Au Pair will be invited to attend our Au Pair events through the year.
