Covid & your Au Pair
Due to the ongoing travel restrictions, we had to close the agency for the first time in 18 years in March 2020.
We are currently operating with a very limited team and balancing homeschooling, so can only dedicate a few hours each week to helping you find an Au Pair.
Whilst the situation is gradually improving, the new quarantine restrictions have delayed any new placements. We are unable to finalise any new placements until we know for sure that your chosen Au Pair is able to join your family and start helping you on arrival buscar.
As a result, we are currently spending this time working on introducing the lovely candidates with have registered already to the handful of families who are currently successfully hosting an Au Pair with Pebbles.
As soon as we get the green light, we expect a new announcement from the UK government at the end of the month, we can finalise your placement and organise travel.
Which registrations are we taking?
At this stage, we are not able to take on any new registrations.
Once we have been able to help our current host families, we will be delighted to open registrations to new or returning families.
Payment plan for your Au Pair
Given the ongoing uncertainty, we have suspended our one off payment plan for 2020. All placements will be offered under the flexible monthly payment plan. That way, should your placement come to an end for any reason (Covid, Brexit, redundancy etc), you are able to end your monthly placements as soon as your Au Pair finishes with you.
This ensures you will only pay for allows ensure you are only paying for time you are hosting an Au Pair.
